Hi, I’m Ashley - I am a co-founder of the Balanced Wellness Collective and the lead clinician of my private practice, Balanced Being Therapy.
If you are new to therapy, I understand that getting started can feel overwhelming - meeting someone new, opening up, talking about difficult topics, experiencing emotions; it’s a lot! This is why I make it a priority to ensure your comfort with the process. I value a client-centered approach, empowering you to feel in control of your therapeutic journey while providing you with support, guidance, and authenticity. I strive to create a space where it feels safe to be real!
Drawing from modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), emotion-focused therapy, inner child work, attachment based therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy; I aim to provide relevant therapeutic insight that will support your growth, healing, and align with your personal goals
